Mr. Quenzer has extensive experience in a wide range of legal matters. He has represented public and private companies, as well as individuals and families, in a variety of legal matters with particular emphasis in the areas of general corporate and contractual matters, family law, estate planning, trusts, and probate. Mr. Quenzer’s career includes practicing law for over a dozen years at nationally recognized law firms. Mr. Quenzer later served as general counsel for a NASDAQ-listed renewable energy company and as in-house counsel for a developer and operator of large-scale energy facilities. While serving in these positions, he oversaw all legal matters for the companies, gaining a valuable perspective on how to best serve the needs of his clients.
Mr. Quenzer received his B.B.A. in finance in 1989 from the University of Texas at Austin. He graduated cum laude in 1992 from the Southern Methodist University School of Law, where he was leading articles editor of the Southern Methodist University Law Review. Following law school, Mr. Quenzer served as a Law Clerk for the Court of Appeals of the Fifth District of Texas. He is a member of the Colorado Bar Association, the State Bar of Texas and the Pueblo County Bar Association. Mr. Quenzer is a Pueblo native and graduate of East High School. He is involved in numerous civic, charitable and community activities and an active member of the Pack Club: the official booster club of CSU-Pueblo athletics.
